Balcony Self Catering Apartment

Mouli D’al Roc has 3 self catering apartment located on the balcony of the  main building. The balcony self catering apartment are of similar layout with each capable of sleeping up to 5/6 people.

The self catering balcony apartments are converted from the original mill’s grain storage area with the ground floor of each apartments built into the rock face. Each apartment has two floors occupying a total of 60 square meters and all are fully furnished. Additional  ‘Photographs of the Balcony Apartments’ can be found in our Photo Gallery.

The first floor is an open plan tiled living and dining area with digital satellite television reception and a fully equipped kitchen with extractor fan, oven, microwave and ceramic hob. The bathroom has a large three quarter corner bath suitable for size restricted roman orgies. A large window and doors from the lounge looks out over the Peak du Bec and the ankle water deep ruisseau (stream) which runs right through our property is perfectly safe for children that are completely familiar with the hunting habits of the anaconda.

Parents can take note and comfort from the fact that before the start of each season, we offer a stray, misplaced or recalcitrant child left by their parents from the previous season to Anastasia the Anaconda and this snack is normally sufficient to see her through the high season. In case of delayed post-parental distress at such an eventuality, an all-inclusive counselling insurance scheme is on offer.

The front entrance of each of these Apartments is via a balcony running the length of the Mill. The back entrance to each Apartment is by means of second floor French windows exiting on to a paved terrace, ideal for sunbathing and al fresco meals. This terrace leads to the ‘Swimming Pool’.

The lower floor of the Moulin has a ‘Bar and Games Room’ for those days that are just wet or just too hot or you just can’t be fussed. The Games room has pool tables, table football and UK digital TV
